brain boosting foods

Medical students need good memory power to remember all the stuff you study like remembering everything from pharmacology drugs to biochemistry equations; to do that we need to feed your brain with super foods that will help to boost its power

Green, leafy vegetables

Studies show that leafy green vegetables—including kale, spinach, and collards—may help preserve brain function. Buy these from local stores,, it will be fresh and don't wash them too much

Omega-3 fatty acids

Omega-3s are important components of the membranes that surround each cell in your body. DHA levels are especially high in  the retina, brain, and sperm cells. Omega-3s also provide calories to give your body energy and have many functions in your heart, blood vessels, lungs, immune system, and endocrine system. They are essential to good health, and they're abundant in fish like mackerel, mackerel, and sardines. Also, they are found in flaxseeds, avocados, soyabeans, eggs, yogurt,  and milk.

use omega 3 supplements as an alternative source;  buy them asap. I am not going to give specific products, buy whatever is in your budget.

Berries

researchers showed that people who consumed two or more servings of strawberries and blueberries each week delayed memory decline by up to two-and-a-half years; try to find these in your local stores, if not then only go to amazon to buy it even frozen, also works fine

Tea and coffee

caffeine is the medical student’s drug of choice 😊 The Journal of Nutrition, participants with higher caffeine consumption scored better on tests of mental function. Caffeine might also help store new memories. try to change brand for different taste

Walnuts

Nuts are good sources of protein and fats, and one type of nut in particular might also improve memory. A 2015 study from UCLA linked higher walnut consumption to improved cognitive test scores. Walnuts are high in a type of omega-3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Diets rich in ALA and other omega-3 fatty acids have been linked to lower blood pressure and cleaner arteries. That's good for both the heart and  the brain. its  hard to find wallnuts in some regions then  find in amazon
